This paper focuses on the effect of polypropylene (PP) fibers mechanical properties and thermal conductivity fly ash-based geopolymer foams. Class C Fly ash (FA) was used as a binder material. A mixture sodium silicate (SS) hydroxide (SH) an alkaline activator binder. The foams were prepared mechanically by mixing foaming agent with distilled water at high pressure. added to admixture volumes 40% 60%. small dosage PP varied from 0%, 0.25%, 0.50% weight (FA). result showed that strength foamed rises fiber content increases. proven increase tensile due ability connect crack improve strength. amount in this study significantly affects geopolymer. However, has same lightweight concrete little higher than gypsum board.
